1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ck55" refers to the ck55 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at https://ck55.lat, and all associated services, tools, and features made available through that domain.
• "Platform" means the ck55 website, its mobile-optimised interface, all integrated game products, sportsbook markets, casino features, and account management systems.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the ck55 Platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ck55 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ck55 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. 3Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account and use the ck55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Individuals under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using ck55 in any capacity.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by ck55 for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of it change.

ck55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ck55 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ck55 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4Account Management

Upon successful registration, ck55 will create an Account for you that allows you to deposit funds, place bets, access casino games, and manage your preferences. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ck55 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ck55 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

ck55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where ck55 reasonably suspects:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• That the Account holder is a Prohibited Person;
• That multiple accounts are being operated by the same individual;
• That the Account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ck55 reserves the right to retain any funds held in that Account as appropriate compensation for any loss or damage suffered by ck55 as a result of the breach.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ck55 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck55 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ck55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your Account or to a verified account in your own name. ck55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, the satisfaction of any outstanding Bonus wagering requirements.

ck55 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. ck55 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

ck55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request it deems unusual or potentially associated with fraudulent activity. During such review, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. ck55 will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected Player and endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

6Bonuses and Promotions

ck55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all ck55 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be made;
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person;
• ck55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to reclaim any Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account where ck55 determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms;
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or engaging in coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ck55 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. ck55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a system error, human error, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

For live in-play betting markets, odds are subject to change at any time in response to match developments. A bet is confirmed only when ck55 issues an explicit acceptance confirmation. Bets placed during periods of suspended markets (indicated on-screen by a "Suspended" status) will not be accepted.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ck55 Platform — including but not limited to the ck55 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ck55.

ck55 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 12Responsible Gaming
